Pathway Option 1
Students who have completed O Level have two (2) options Complete JSW Diploma comprised of JCU Foundation Diploma with Industry fundamental module and Professional Japanese Language and Communication module in 12 months.
Upon successful completion and passing of 1) JLPT N3 Test and 2) Industry Specific Exam, student will be placed in a Sponsoring Company of the chosen industry with 5 Year JSW VISA.
Student will continue his/her study part-time on the Advanced Diploma in the Specialization of his/her choice while working full time at the Sponsoring Company. Student can then be enrolled in a University.
Pathway Option 2
Students who have completed O Level have two (2) options Fast Track Pathway: After completing O Level, Students to complete JSW Advanced Diploma comprised of JCU Foundation with Industry fundamental module, Professional Japanese Language and Communication module + Business Core Modules + Specialization Modules in 22 months full time in Sri Lanka and additional 6 months (part-time) in Japan while working full time at the Sponsoring Company.
Upon successful completion and passing of 1) JLPT N3/N2 Test and 2) Industry Specific Exam, student will be placed in a Sponsoring Company of the chosen industry with 5 Year JSW VISA. Student will continue his/her study part-time on the remaining part of the Advanced Diploma in the Specialization of his/her choice while working full time at the Sponsoring Company.
After successful completion of the Advanced Diploma, students can then be enrolled in the 3rd year of the Partner University in the chosen specialization and complete the bachelor’s degree in 18 months. Students can also progress their academic path to the master’s degree (part-time) at any Universities in another 18 months.
Pathway Option 3
In 22 months in Sri Lanka, student will complete JSW Advanced Diploma with Industry Fundamental module, Professional Japanese Language and Communication module and Specialization Modules while working full time at sponsoring company.
A 5 Year JSW VISA will be provided to the student upon successful completion and passing of 1) JLPT N3/N2, 2) Industry Specific Exam. While working full-time at the Sponsoring Company, the student will study part-time for the remaining Advanced Diploma in the Specialization of his/her choice.
In 18 months, students can complete a Bachelor of Science degree at the Partner University after completing an Advanced Diploma. It also allows students to progress to the Master Degree (part-time) at any university.

Diploma + Career in Middle East
- Pathway for Students to study in Bahrain and obtain International Diploma in the real life working environment with the integrated real life OJT in 12 month period.
- Students can choose from three career categories for specialization in Diploma. 1.Hospitality and Catering, 2.Hospitality and Hotel Operation, 3.Facility Management.
- After completing the Diploma, students will then obtain a Work Visa to start their career in the chosen specialization in Bahrain for 2 years.
- After this period, students can either extend their Work Visa and further advance their career in Bahrain while completing the Advanced Diploma in the chosen career category, which will qualify the students to progress to a Degree Program at the AVA Partner University, or they can choose to return to Sri Lanka.

Hospitality Diploma + OJT With Job Placement
JSSW Advanced Diploma + Degrees + Career in Japan
- JSSW (Japan Specified Skilled Worker) program grants 5 year Work Visa to those who meets the general requirements and the industry specific skill qualifications.
- There are currently 14 industries identiffied government of Japan where the program can be used. Candidates / Applicants can choose the industry from those 14 industries in which they wish to develop their career.
- Students must pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and Industry specific test to be qualified for the Special 5 Year Work Visa under the Program.

JSSW Integrated Diploma/Advanced Diploma JSSW
- Integrated Program is one of AVA’s Unique Academic and Career Integrated Programs through which students can align their career pathway with academic pathway.
- To optimize learning experience, maximize their real life exposure and minimize the financial burden for students. Students will work full time and study part time.
JSSW Diploma / Nursing Care (Japan)
There are two pathways for JSSW Nursing Program, Option 3&5 is to go to the Sponsoring Company in Japan upon successful completion of the 12 month AVA Diploma Program, Option 1,2,4, the fast track, is to enrolled in the Partner Nursing Care College in Japan upon successful completion of the 12 months AVA Diploma where Student will study for
the National Certificate for Professional Caregiver for up to two years.
And then, after student passed the exam, student will switch his/her Visa from Student Visa to 5 Year Work Visa with a Sponsoring Company (Nursing Care Facility) where he/she will work full time for the next 5 years as a Certified Professional Caregiver.

AD + Bachelor + Paid Internship + Career (UK/CAN/AUS)
- Option 1 & 3 : Complete Foundation Diploma + Advanced Diploma in Sri Lanka. Then go to Japan for 10 months career internship, after which the student have option to study the remaining part of Bachelor Degree at the University in Japan/UK/AUS/CAN.
- Option 2 & 4 : Complete Advanced Diploma in Sri Lanka, then enroll in the 3rd year of Partner University in UK/AUS/CAN. Student will be engaged in the career internship program in the same country for 8 months, and continue on the Bachelor Degree after completing the Internship program.
